17th April 2020 – Codemill an APN Select Technology Partner today announced API integration between its Accurate Video suite and AWS Elemental Media Convert to enable content operators to make more of their complex video operations in a standard web browser.
The combination of the Accurate Video suite and the AWS Elemental Media Convert gives our customers the ability to rapidly transition to proxy-based workflows, and with that speeding up their workday and enabling them to work from anywhere in the world without having to worry about large file transfers.
Accurate Video is a web-based video platform created for broadcast, post-production, and media professionals. Designed for seamless integration with video platforms, applications, or MAM:s.
Workflows that traditionally require on-premise infrastructure, a fast network and expensive client hardware can be moved to a low spec laptop and a simple web browser. The key to this is the Accurate Player - a frame-accurate web-based player tailed to the needs of media professionals. Common use-cases include QC, promo creation, logging, segmentation, and others.
